Mother Nature
This charcoal painting marks my first exploration of the medium. It depicts a silent connection between a human figure and nature. In this piece, I focused on experimenting with how charcoal behaves on canvas, exploring its texture, responsiveness, and limitations. I tested how many layers were necessary to achieve the desired depth. The process was deeply enjoyable, and this initial experience sparked my curiosity, leaving me eager to further explore and experiment with charcoal as a medium.
